I am feeling convicted, that I am taking the availability of God's Word for granted. I want to do something about that ... and am praying that Jesus will give me a desire to do so. Charlie spoke about this at The Gathering, while we visited Jake over Easter...It was part of the teaching "Communal Acts Of Biblical Worship" through scripture . giving . service . communion . prayer . music . fasting .
One of the things he said was this: Worship is an outward and inward expression of what the heart treasures the most. Your treasure is your choice. I cannot be a woman after God's own heart...if His heart, His word is not my treasure. I live as if God's word is not a treasure. Your treasure is YOUR choice. I am asking Jesus to help me choose. Amen
